By making any payment to Free City Guides, including but not limited to subscription fees, listing fees, partnership fees, or any other charges, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• No Refunds: All payments made to Free City Guides are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with services, change of mind, technical issues, business closure, or failure to use the service.
• Subscription Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription or partnership, you will not receive any refund for the remaining period of your subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without liability for any refund of fees paid.
• Chargebacks and Disputes: You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim for refund through your bank, credit card company, or payment processor. Any attempt to obtain a refund through such means may result in immediate termination of your account and access to our services.
• Acknowledgment: By completing any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy and waive any right to dispute or request a refund.

Free City Guides operates as a platform providing travel information and business listing services. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• No Tax Advice: We do not provide tax, legal, or regulatory advice. Any information regarding taxes, fees, or charges displayed on our platform is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate or complete.
• Local Taxes and Fees: Free City Guides is not responsible for any local, regional, national, or international taxes, duties, fees, levies, tourist taxes, city taxes, occupancy taxes, VAT, GST, sales taxes, or any other governmental charges that may apply to you, your transactions, or your use of services found through our platform.
• Legal Compliance: We are not responsible for ensuring that any businesses, services, accommodations, restaurants, or attractions listed on our platform comply with local, regional, national, or international laws, regulations, licensing requirements, health and safety standards, or any other legal obligations.

• Travel-Related Losses: Missed flights, missed connections, trip cancellations, travel delays, lost luggage, or any other travel-related inconveniences or losses.
• Financial Losses: Any financial loss, including unauthorized transactions, fraud, or theft allegedly connected to businesses listed on our platform.
• Health-Related Issues: Food poisoning, allergic reactions, illness, or any health-related issues arising from consuming food or beverages at any establishment found through our platform.
• Service Quality Issues: Poor service, overcharging, deceptive practices, or any disputes with businesses listed on our platform.
• Technical Issues: Any damages arising from the inability to access our services, system failures, viruses, or other technical malfunctions.
• Reliance on Information: Any losses or damages arising from your reliance on any information provided on or through our platform.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the limitations set forth above may not apply to you. If these limitations are held inapplicable or unenforceable for any reason, then Free City Guides' maximum liability to you for any type of damages shall be limited to the amount you have paid to Free City Guides in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
